KANO (North-West, Nigeria) — The member representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa has secured the All Progressive Congress, APC ticket to contest for the seat for the fifth term.
Kofa’s affirmation followed a mammoth crowd of stakeholders and supporters who throng out to adopt his candidature.
The mammoth crowd also expressed their support for President Bola Tinubu, and Governor Abba Yusuf in the forthcoming election.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa assured them that he would never let them down.
He highlighted some of his achievements despite not completing all his previous terms in office due to certain circumstances.
He also praised the leadership of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Abba Yusuf, describing their administrations as a new chapter of progress and development for Nigeria, Northern Nigeria and Kano State.
Kofa, however, called on all those who contested for the seat alongside with him to unite for the progress of the party, stressing that there is no victor and no vanquished, but a victory for everyone.
